This week, we will be holding another Olympic game! A few weeks I challenged you to come up with your own garden activities. I would like you to do the same again, but this time challenge yourself to improve. Set your tasks at the start of the week and then each day try to beat them. You could do laps of the garden, standing jumps of anything that you can think of!

This time, I want you to check your heart rate as you go. Measure your resting heart rate and then check it after each activity. Which one made you work the hardest? Was it the one that you expected?

Take your heart rate by finding your pulse and counting the beats for 10 seconds (you might need some help). Then, multiply that by 6 to get your beats per minute rate (a link to our time theme of the last few weeks!)
